Hi All! This week I took some unexpected time off from blogging and it was…. glorious! When it comes to this space, I definitely have an issue of my eyes being bigger than my stomach. I find myself wanting to do more than one person should and there are moments when it’s more productive to just hit “pause”. A few days away gave me the opportunity to be inspired and dream about 2016.
You guys… I’m seriously so excited for the coming year and I can’t wait to share it with you!
And if you are a regular reader to this blog, you will notice that over the next few weeks I will continue to ease back on posting in preparation for what lies ahead.
It’s all about balance, baby and who doesn’t need more of that in their life?!
In the meantime let’s talk about inspiration. If you are needing some, the bloggers that are sharing their work through the Celebrate Your Story! Link Party are bringing it each week. Seriously… I try to share my three favorites, but there were so many amazing ideas, it was a challenge.
Rustic holiday decor is so on trend this year and Karen nails it. Also, be sure to check out her coral cabinet that I desperately want space for in my home. It’s the perfect pop of color!
My cohort, Chloe, came up with the cutest decorating idea for even the smallest of budgets. These gift boxes are so elegant and easy to pull off. I struggle with what to do with our porch and this is brilliant!
A collage of embroidery hoop art is such a fun alternative to a traditional gallery wall. Kim provides a great tutorial on how to create your own that I’m super eager to try.
