My birthday was last month and as often happens when my family asks “what do you want for your birthday?” I have no clue. It’s not that I’m a particularly hard to shop for mom, it’s just that my mind goes blank when faced that with that question. Like a deer caught in the head lights, I become completely frozen, stuttering and stammering as I search my brain for an immediate answer.
Can anyone else relate?
My family once again knocked it out of the park in the birthday gift department, but with Mother’s Day right around the corner I thought I’d put together some of my favorite items for the ultimate gift guide for mom. All of these ideas are under $100 and are sure to brighten your mom’s special day.

The Well Dressed Mom
Many of my friends have told me that they hate to shop for clothing or they feel stuck in a style rut.
I’ve been there.
That’s why this clothing subscription box is so fun! Complete your body and style profile, then pick a subscription to receive two, three, or four items of clothing. You can also try out accessories to take your look up a notch. With this subscription, you can actually wear the clothing then buy what you love and return (with free shipping) what you don’t. If you end up wanting to keep everything, you can receive your next monthly subscription for free. On average, I receive a new tote of clothing each week and love getting to try out new lines.
Right now you can receive $25 off your first Le Tote by clicking HERE
Cents of Style
If you’re not wanting to commit to a clothing subscription, but would love to get mom something stylish and fun, Cents of Style is the way to go. They’ve got the cutest selection of clothing and accessories at reasonable pricing and shipping is always free.

My crew knows me well so I received 3 handbags for my birthday… And I love them ALL!! Charming Charlie is my another great place to get all kinds of inexpensive accessories to brighten mom’s day.
The Crafty Mom
Wagner Paint Sprayer
I recently attended SNAP! conference and had the opportunity to try out a Wagner Home Decor Sprayer. I instantly added this sprayer to the top of MY Mother’s Day wish list. It’s SO EASY to use and I’ve got 101 craft ideas that I want to tackle with this bad boy.
During the conference I also had a chance to play with a Silhouette Mint Stamp Kit & Ink Set. If you have a mom that likes to stamp and create homemade cards, this is the gift for her.
The Decorator Mom
Summer is just around the corner and right now there is so much fun décor at Pier 1. I can hardly stand the cuteness! Coastal, garden party, Americana… I want one of everything!
The Pampered Mom
See’s Spring Truffles
I don’t do flowers, but I do chocolate and as far as I’m concerned See’s is the best. Maybe it’s because I grew up on this chocolate, but there’s nothing else quite like it. And how cute our these Spring truffles for mom?!
What are you thinking about getting mom this Mother’s Day? If you’re a mom, what’s on your wish list? Does anyone else completely freeze when asked for gift ideas?
