Thanks, Gilit. You are so sweet! I’m having so much fun figuring it all out and I can’t wait to get to the final result. I also like to read the last page of a new book… which probably says a lot about my level of patience when it comes to know how something is going to turn out. Ha!

It was so easy and I can’t get over how much a little thing like this makes the space feel more finished. I have a couple of ideas for the wall… I’m wanting something a little different. We have several large pieces of his artwork throughout the house and a gallery wall in the family room so I’m hoping to mix it up. Once I get the lighting locked in, I’ll know more how to finish it.

Now I’m jealous! I don’t think there is a CB2 in our area. I would love to see the Novogratz line in person. It’s just as well, I would have a hard time not bringing that lamp home with me, if I loved it just as much in person.

Thanks! Tyson is a professional designer and illustrator, which is awesome because he has a great eye. It also means he sometimes has an opinion about things that is different from mine. I think that’s why it’s so exciting when we both are on the same page. It feels like a no brainer.

I. Love. Them.
I love the pretty blue glass and it refreshes and lightens your space. As for keeping them the same height or different, either way could work it depends on your style and what you do with the rest of it!
I also think you can still hang art behind it like in that photo example you use of mixing lamps. What I’m trying to get at here is that it looks great and I think you can’t go wrong with how you finish the space- good luck!
